There are thousand ways to detoxify your body for healthy living.
To keep your body healthy, everybody should have something on a daily basis to make their body clean from inside just the way you clean your body from outside by bathing.

When and how to take lemon?
The BEST TIME to have lemon is in the early morning, but you should know the right method of having it.
Before having lemon water, you should have at least one glass of water (room temperature) and then take one glass of lemon water.
