Refund & Cancellation Policy
If a customer makes a purchase from the official website of Muscle Trail, regardless of the product category, it will fall under the following refund policy. Any customer intending to claim a refund for his/her product obtained from Muscle Trail must ensure to do the following:

Within 48 hours of receiving the product, you must send an email to the official website of Muscle Trail ([email protected]) addressing the reason for returning the product.

You will be required to make arrangements for parceling the product back intact.

We will ensure that the product is in optimum condition and no harm is caused to the product till the time it reaches our warehouse.

If, and only if, we are assured that the product quality and packaging are unharmed, we will contact you back regarding the refund procedure.

If you have any issues with your order and are looking forward to canceling it, then you can put up a cancellation request on the official website of Muscle Trail within the first 24 hours of your order. You just need to visit your dashboard and click on the ‘Cancel’ button to initiate your cancellation.
